Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Specialist, located in Halol. The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves supporting users by resolving hardware and software-related problems, setting up equipment, and maintaining the overall IT infrastructure.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities
• Printer Support experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in an IT support role or similar field
