Job Description

Role Overview: As a Desktop Support Technician, you will need to have good technical skills on Windows/MAC platforms, along with knowledge of Outlook and Slack configuration. Being a quick learner and having knowledge of Wi-Fi configuration will be beneficial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to Desktops, Printers, and other peripherals either on field or through remote desktop support. - Offer on-site support, as well as support for remote sites and work-from-home computing. - Diagnose, verify, record, and report downtime promptly, ensuring immediate notification for all incidents. - Diagnose and troubleshoot virus problems using antivirus tools, and re-install anti-virus packages corrupted or deleted by users. - Install/reinstall mail client software on users" desktops/laptops, configure/update e-mail software at client sites, and set up clients" PCs. - Perform troubleshooting activities, assist in upgrading the version of mailing software, provide onsite field support for end-user device hardware, and distribute desktop software. - Responsible for re-imaging assets as per requirements.
