Computer Aided Design Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PLM, CAD/ Creo, Windchill, Catia, AutoCAD, EPLAN, Innosoft applications Support Engineer who can develop, deploy, troubleshoot, improve and support for all this global core engineering applications to our client location. Job Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat What You’ll Contribute/ Responsibilities:Knowledge and experience to provide technical support for the Engineering application installation, Licensees, Functional Requirements.Cooperation and technical coordination with colleagues at German locations and external service providerManage the troubleshooting in AD environments along with Server performance monitoring & addressing the critical situationsAble to manage Applications, Import/Export issues, Multisite data migration, BOQ, system updates and Customized translation services along with RCA and debugging.Experienced to manage the service tickets & resolving all the issue.Experience to handle for Creo, Windchill, Catia, AutoCAD, EPLAN, Innosoft PLM and software upgrades & deployments for latest versionPreparation of documentationSupport and training of employees regarding the developed procedures and/or programsDevelopment of operating and data backup concepts General monitoring of application and system environments What You’ll Need/ Education and Skills:A Bachelor's / Master’s degree in related field (preferred) –Computer science, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or comparable professional training3 to 5 years professional experience in the support and administration of various applicationsIn-depth knowledge of CAD and PLM systems like Creo, Windchill, Catia, AutoCAD, EPLAN, and InnosoftAbility to create clear and concise documentationStrong presentation skillsStrong English communication skills and independent working style
