We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative vision, leadership skills, and technical expertise. As the Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our design team, driving the creative direction of projects, and ensuring that all design work meets the highest standards of quality and innovation. You will collaborate closely with other departments to deliver outstanding user experiences and compelling visual content.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of experienced designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, visual design, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. And Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Evaluate and motivate designers towards continued growth and leading design solutions.
• Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across the design team.
• Ensure that all creative outputs and visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
• Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
• Possess deep technical knowledge of the complete design process, from brainstorming to the end product.
• Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and implement improvements.
• Pitch ideas confidently and present the creative vision clearly to clients and team members.
• Maintain and manage client relationships, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.
• Experience in designing applications for mobile and web platforms.
• Think from the perspective of the customer and the user.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate design into the overall product development process.
• Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and senior management.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Allocate resources effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate flexibility and dependability in multifaceted working environments.
