Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's (B.Arch) or Master's degree in interior design or a related field. - 5 to 8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on home interior design projects. - Proven experience in managing design teams and successfully delivering high-value projects. - Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high-quality standards. - Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Passion for design with a commitment to staying updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
