Design Lead

As the Design Lead at TechXR Innovations, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and user experience for Durlabh Darshan, a VR platform offering virtual experiences of India's revered temples. Your creative vision will drive the mission of blending technology, culture, and devotion. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Own the Brand & User Experience:** Take charge of all design initiatives to establish and maintain a cohesive brand identity across digital and physical touchpoints such as the App, VR experience, and VR Kendras. - **Lead UI/UX Design:** Develop intuitive and engaging user-centric designs for the VR platform and associated applications. This includes creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - **Drive Marketing & Brand Design:** Design marketing and communication collateral, including social media graphics, ad campaigns, event branding, and promotional materials for VR Kendras. - **Lead & Mentor:** Provide guidance and mentorship to other designers, ensuring high-quality work and fostering a collaborative and creative environment. - **Collaborate for Impact:** Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to transform concepts into visually stunning and functional product and marketing experiences. **Qualifications & Skills:** - **Pedigree:** Degree from a Tier-1 design institute such as NID or NIFT. - **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of professional design experience with at least 2 years leading a design function in a B2C company. - **Portfolio:** A robust portfolio demonstrating excellence in UI/UX and brand/marketing graphic design. - **Skills:** Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Strong grasp of design principles, user-centered design, and branding. *Good To Have:* - Experience in a fast-paced startup environment. - Passion for emerging technologies like AR/VR. - Motion graphics or video editing skills. - Familiarity with AI-powered design tools for ideation and asset creation.,
