Design Lead

Role Overview: As the Global Lead for Branding Communication at Lenskart, you will be responsible for shaping and enhancing the brand experience across India and international markets such as Singapore, Thailand, UAE, and KSA. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and collaborate on four critical verticals globally: - Branding & Packaging Design: - Develop global design systems and guidelines. - Drive innovation in packaging for eyewear and accessories, focusing on sustainability and aesthetics. - Visual Merchandising Design: - Shape in-store experience strategies for retail and partner locations. - Deliver Visual Merchandising concepts that effectively translate global identity to local contexts. - Fashion-forward Collections & Sale Campaigns: - Conceptualize and lead creative storytelling for seasonal launches, trend-driven collections, and key business campaigns. - Blend global fashion cues with local market insights to craft compelling narratives. - 3D Production: - Oversee photorealistic 3D visualizations for product launches, campaigns, and digital assets. - Drive the adoption of cutting-edge 3D tools for faster and scalable production. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in branding, design, or fashion communication, with proven leadership experience. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign strategy, and visual design. - Ability to interpret fashion and cultural trends into impactful brand communication. - Hands-on experience with 3D production and digital tools preferred. - Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
