The role includes managing manpower, ensuring production targets, handling documentation, coordinating with customers on project-specific needs, and maintaining quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities: Manpower Handling Allocate daily work to operators based on production plans. Monitor worker performance and provide guidance or training where needed.
