A reputed progressive group engaged in Sheet Metal Manufacturing business having its factory at Narhe – Dhayari Road, Dhayari, Pune requires young dynamic Engineers for following position:

Ø Position: Engineer- (Production & Quality)

Ø Qualifications - BE / Diploma - (Mechanical)

Ø Experience - Minimum 3 years for BE candidate / 5 years for Diploma Candidates

Ø Location - Narhe - Dhayari Road.

Ø Preferred Age: Below 38 yrs.

Ø Only Male candidate

Job Description:

1. Hands on experience in sheet metal fabrication domain

2. Excellent knowledge of relevant processes like Bending, Laser cutting, Fabrication, etc.

3. Strong ability of reading complex designs

4. Good knowledge of using measuring instruments

5. Sound knowledge of 5"S", Kaizen, CAPA, 7 QC tools, Why Why analysis

6. Good knowledge of sheet metal like SS, MS, Aluminum, etc. and their grades.

7. Good sense of prioritizing of tasks

8. Experience of handling teams effectively

9. Highly quality conscious and team player.

10. Experience in quality documentations like ISO

11. Knowledge of safety implementation at shop floor

12. Highly target oriented

13. Ability to train subordinates effectively
