LOCATION Alibaug OBJECTIVE Oversee and ensure effective and efficient execution of project KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, monitor and control project execution. Report project status on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Highlight any issue that may affect the project adversely and suggest solutions. Coordinate with Client, Architect, Consultants and Contractors. Track and control cost with respect to budget. Should be aware of MS projects, Auto Cad, Excel etc. Check & ensure that all activities are executed as per the Contract, Specifications & Drawings. Ensure desired quality is achieved. Check measurement of works done and certify bills raised by contractors and other agencies. Maintain documentation on site. JOB SPECIFICATION YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Around 3 to 5 years of experience PACKAGE Rs.4,00,000/- to Rs.6,00,000/- per annum + Accomodation QUALIFICATION Diploma or B.E. in Civil / Interiors TARGET INDUSTRIES Civil construction companies, Project Management Consultants COMPETENCIES Functional: Should have Sound Technical knowledge of Civil and Interior works with exposure to MEP. Should have good Communications Skills.
