About Our Client

They are on a mission to help every Indian unlock deep, restful sleep with high-quality, affordable mattresses and sleep solutions.They are looking for a Design Lead who can elevate client’s visual identity across every touchpoint - digital, offline, packaging, and UI/UX - and ensure the brand always looks clean, modern, and easy to understand for a mass Indian audience.

What You’ll Own

  • Brand & Visual Identity
  • Maintain and evolve client’s visual language across all assets
  • Ensure consistency of typography, colors, layout, and overall brand expression
  • Work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Digital Design (Ads, Social, Website)
  • Design high-impact digital creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Build ad sets optimized for clarity, conversion, and brand recall
  • Create on-brand visuals for emails, WhatsApp, and website sections
  • Support growth initiatives with performance-friendly design
  • UI/UX & Website Experience
  • Lead UI/UX design for Shopify pages and new features
  • Improve product page layouts, homepage sections, and navigation flows
  • Ensure designs feel intuitive, clean, and mobile-first
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation
  • Offline & Packaging Design
  • Create print assets: brochures, in-store displays, hoardings, standees
  • Refresh and maintain packaging design for mattresses and accessories
  • Ensure all physical touchpoints feel distinctly

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5 years of experience in brand design, digital design, and UI/UX roles
  • Strong portfolio across digital assets, offline design, packaging, and UI/UX
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite + Figma
  • Excellent sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into sharp, clean, high-impact design
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bonus: Experience designing for mass-market audiences, designing for performance marketing, or working within a fast-moving D2C brand.
