Join us on our journey to shape the future with AI. We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the development and execution of AI-driven products across various domains. This role demands a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be instrumental in defining product vision, prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact products. Experience: 8+ years Primary Skills: AI specific requirement Gathering and Analysis, Conducting User Acceptance Tests (UATs),Documentation Skills (BRDs and FRDs), Building products from scratch Secondary Skills: Project Management, A/B Testing, Design Thinking, ethical AI practices, Financial Modeling and Projections Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Vision Define and articulate the AI product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the AI domain.Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and validate AI product concepts. Financial Acumen Develop financial models to project costs, revenues, and ROI for AI products.Analyze market opportunities to inform strategic investment decisions in AI initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive AI product development and launch.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on AI product objectives. Marketing and Product Positioning Develop compelling value propositions and positioning strategies for AI products.Work with marketing teams to craft messaging that effectively communicates AI product benefits to target audiences. Product Development and Delivery Oversee the end-to-end development of AI products, from ideation through deployment and iteration.Ensure timely delivery of AI solutions that meet quality standards and user expectations. Data-Driven Decision Making Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess AI product performance and inform future enhancements.Utilize analytics to identify user behavior patterns and optimize AI functionalities accordingly. Documentation and Communication Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation throughout the AI product lifecycle.Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. General Requirements Possess a solid understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data science principles, to effectively collaborate with technical teams and make informed product decisions.Demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities for AI integration that align with business goals, crafting a long-term vision that leverages AI to create sustainable competitive advantages.Comprehend the complexities of data collection, storage, processing, and analysis, ensuring that AI systems are built on robust data pipelines and adhere to ethical standards.Excel in working with diverse teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, translating complex AI concepts for various audiences to unite cross-functional teams around a shared AI product vision.Be adapt at managing AI product development projects flexibly, responding to changes quickly, and iterating on product features effectively to navigate the complexities of AI product development.
