Deputy Sales Manager

to support sales operations and drive real estate closures in Indore. If you have experience in real estate sales and a passion for client engagement, this role offers strong growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

  • Sales & Revenue Support
Assist in driving direct sales of high-value real estate assets.
Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager to meet monthly and quarterly targets.Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management
Engage with clients to explain investment opportunities and product offerings.
Support clients through discussions, queries, and documentation.Maintain good client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Lead Generation & Market Outreach
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
Participate in industry events, expos, and investor meets.Coordinate with the marketing team to run targeted sales campaigns.
  • Sales Process Coordination
Conduct site visits, presentations, and introductory pitch meetings.Support negotiation and deal-closure activities alongside senior team members.Update CRM records, maintain sales reports, and ensure accurate documentation.

Lead-to-Conversion PerformanceRevenue Contribution to Monthly/Quarterly TargetsNumber of Qualified Leads GeneratedClient Engagement & Follow-Up EfficiencySite Visit-to-Closure Conversion Rate

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or investment-related roles.Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.Experience dealing with retail investors; exposure to HNIs is an added advantage.Target-driven, proactive, and eager to grow in the real estate domain.Basic proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and lead management.Good understanding of Indore’s real estate market preferred.
