Unsecured Business Loans

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales for Unsecured Business Loans and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly targets.
Develop and manage strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
Source new customers through open market activities, field visits, and networking.
Evaluate customer needs and ensure proper documentation for loan processing.
Maintain high-quality customer experience from sourcing to disbursement.
Conduct regular market research to track competition and identify business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with credit guidelines, regulatory norms, and internal processes.
Provide support and guidance to team members (if any) to enhance productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
26 years of experience in:

Unsecured Business Loans
DSA Handling
Open Market Field Sales

Strong sales and negotiation capabilities with excellent communication skills.
