Unsecured Business Loans

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for Unsecured Business Loans and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
  • Source new customers through open market activities, field visits, and networking.
  • Evaluate customer needs and ensure proper documentation for loan processing.
  • Maintain high-quality customer experience from sourcing to disbursement.
  • Conduct regular market research to track competition and identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with credit guidelines, regulatory norms, and internal processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members (if any) to enhance productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 26 years of experience in:
    • Unsecured Business Loans

    • DSA Handling

    • Open Market Field Sales

  • Strong sales and negotiation capabilities with excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Kannur market dynamics and business environment.
  • Result-driven personality with strong relationship-building skills.
