Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and grow business through

    DSA network

    open market channels

  • Develop, onboard, and manage relationships with DSAs and channel partners.
  • Conduct market visits for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Handle full sales cycle from prospecting to loan disbursement as per credit policy.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Track DSA performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and product positioning.
  • Provide regular reporting and maintain strong coordination with internal teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of secured lending products.
  • Proven capability in

Qualifications
