DSA handling and open market sales

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across Secured Business Loans / LAP / Home Loans.
  
• Develop and manage strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
  
• Actively source business from the open market through field sales, networking, and lead generation.
  
• Manage customer onboarding including documentation and coordination for loan approvals and disbursement.
  
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads to convert them into business.
  
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  
• Maintain compliance and adhere to operational guidelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  
• 2–6 years of experience in secured lending products with a proven record in:
  

• DSA Handling

• Open Market Sales

• Secured Business Loans / LAP / Mortgage Loans / Home Loans

• Strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills.
  
• Good knowledge of Jhansi local market and customer segments.
  
• Target-driven professional with strong relationship management ability.
