As a Deputy Sales Manager at RJ24, Sikar, your role involves building strong relationships with Branch Managers and Team members of assigned branches to generate maximum leads and revenue for BSLI. Your responsibilities include: - Building good relationships with Branch Managers and Team members to generate leads and revenue - Ensuring effective conversion of leads - Continuous interaction with channel partners - Supervising and coordinating policy sales - Meeting sales targets set by foreign bank relationships - Executing sales processes efficiently to maximize business potential - Preparing and presenting sales illustrations to prospective clients - Arranging required documentation and medical examinations for clients - Adhering to KYC norms - Resolving sales complaints within TATs - Engaging regularly with customers - Building customer relationships through referencing model - Achieving Persistence targets for timely renewals - Communicating with customers and resolving queries for timely renewals Your experience level for this role should be between 0 to 4 years.,
