Position Overview: This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager- Sales located in Delhi India. This role is responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence by engaging with clients. This role focuses on developing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and delivering effective solutions. Responsibilities: · Identify and reach out to potential customers, explaining and showcasing our services. · Generate new business by identifying and targeting potential clients in the logistics sector. · Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. · Visit clients door-to-door in a professional manner to promote our services and establish strong business relationships. · Build and manage a pipeline of leads, nurturing them through the sales process. · Keep up to date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients. · Evaluate customer needs and build productive, long-lasting relationships. · Research accounts and generate or follow up on sales leads. · Possibility to drive business collaboration across branches while having the potential to establish and lead your own team. · Promote our products across Air, Land, and Sea Freight to ensure sales growth. · Achieve sales targets and execute the overall sales strategy. Requirements: · Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the logistics industry, with a proven track record of success. · In-depth knowledge of the air express logistics industry (air freight, freight forwarding & express courier), including market trends, competitors, and key players · Well versed with Global supply chain /E Commerce/Freight /Express industry regulations & Process · Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
