Deputy Sales Manager

As a Deputy Manager in the Liner Agency Sales & Marketing department at Cochin branch, you will play a critical role in overseeing all operations and sales activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. Your hands-on approach and strong commitment to achieving targets will be essential for success. Key Responsibilities: - Direct all operational aspects of the branch, including Sales & Marketing, Documentation, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, and other business activities. - Assess local market conditions to identify sales opportunities and develop forecasts and revenue objectives. - Achieve personal and team goals, monitor branch staff performance, and conduct annual appraisals. - Ensure timely submission of accurate reports and liaise with vendors and terminals for smooth operations. - Represent the company in Customs, Ports, Terminals, and other regulatory matters, taking appropriate actions as per company directives. - Coordinate with Principals on branch- and region-related activities, manage the branch budget efficiently, and maximize team performance through training and motivation. - Identify areas for improvement and propose actions to overcome challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
