Role: Sales Manager & Deputy Sales Manager
Experience: 5–12 Years (Shipping Industry)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute sales strategies to grow business in the shipping and logistics domain
Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Promote freight services across Air, Ocean & Road
Drive revenue targets and manage the full sales cycle
Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
Coordinate closely with pricing, operations, and documentation teams
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
Mentor junior sales staff (for Manager level)
Skills & Qualifications
5–12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Prior experience in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics are preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
Strong market understanding of freight rates, trade lanes & customer profiles
Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets
Fluent in English and Hindi (Regional languages are an advantage)
