Job Title:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of secured business loans through DSAs and open market channels.
Expand business by developing a strong network of DSAs, connectors, and potential customers.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing and approvals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Track competitor activities and provide insights to management for strategy development.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in LAP, Mortgage Loans, or Business Loans.
Mandatory experience in DSA handling and open market sourcing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of secured lending products and financial markets.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

Maximum Age: Up to 35 years
Education: Graduate or above preferred
