Job Summary

Bajaj Finance Ltd. is looking for a Deputy Sales Manager to drive Secured Business Loans in the Coimbatore market. The ideal candidate should have experience in Home Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), or Mortgage Loans, along with strong skills in sourcing and converting leads. The role demands strong field experience, relationship-building ability, and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and generate business for Secured Business Loans through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels.
  
• Acquire customers through field visits, referrals, and channel partners.
  
• Manage and develop relationships with DSAs, connectors, and key market influencers.
  
• Convert leads into business by ensuring strong follow-ups and customer engagement.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Secured Business Loans.
  
• Work closely with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth file processing and quick TAT.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal credit norms, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
  
• Monitor competitor activity and share market intelligence with management.
  
• Conduct regular market visits to strengthen sourcing and identify new opportunities.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 25 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, or Secured Business Loans.
  
• Strong understanding of the Coimbatore market and customer segment.
  
• Experience in DSA handling, lead conversion, and field sales.
  
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• Experience in secured lending products is mandatory.
