Deputy Manager / Manager-Human Resources

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits
  • Handle faculty and non-teaching staff recruitment as per UGC/AICTE norms
  • Implement HR policies, service rules, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, labor laws)
  • Manage performance appraisals, employee relations, and grievance handling
  • Maintain HR MIS, reports, and support audits/accreditation (NAAC/NIRF)
  • Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives

Key Skills

  • Strong HR operations & compliance knowledge
  • Faculty recruitment experience preferred
  • HRMS / ERP proficiency
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • MBA (HR) / Masters in HR or equivalent qualification
  • 5–12 years of HR experience, preferably in a

    University / Educational Institution

  • Hands-on experience in

    faculty recruitment

    and academic HR processes
  • Experience working with

    HRMS / ERP systems

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
