Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Support the

    Admin & PR function

    in liaisoning with government offices, statutory authorities, and external stakeholders.
  2. Assist in coordination and follow-up for licenses, approvals, renewals, and official documentation.
  3. Provide administrative support for

    travel arrangements

    , including air tickets, cabs, and itinerary planning.
  4. Coordinate

    hotel bookings, guest house arrangements

    , and vendor interactions.
  5. Support public relations activities, official meetings, and external communications as required.
  6. Maintain records, documentation, and MIS related to admin, travel, and liaisoning activities.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Admin for smooth execution.
  8. Ensure adherence to company policies, timelines, and compliance requirements.

Skills Required

  1. Government Liaisoning & stakeholder coordination
  2. Knowledge of approvals, documentation & compliance
  3. Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
  4. Admin support travel, hotels, vendors & MIS
