Job Description

We are seeking young, energetic, and confident sales professionals for the position of Territory Sales Executive in Kochi. The role involves managing distributors, expanding market reach, and driving sales of our food products in the region. Prior FMCG experience is not mandatory, but the candidate must have solid sales experience and the ability to handle distributor networks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth in the assigned territory. Handle and build strong relationships with distributors and retailers. Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network. Ensure product availability and proper visibility at retail points. Execute promotional and marketing activities at the ground level. Conduct regular market visits and competitor tracking. Submit daily reports and maintain proper documentation of sales activities. Key Requirements: Graduate degree in any discipline (mandatory). 1 to 6 years of experience in field sales (any industry). Confident personality with strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to independently manage distributor operations and retail channels. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Familiarity with the local market and fluency in Malayalam; working knowledge of English. Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.
