Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed personal sales targets while maintaining a strong customer focus.
  • Identify and leverage sales opportunities with both existing and prospective customers, developing and maintaining key client relationships.
  • Ensure adequate coverage of A, B, and C class customers through efficient sales planning.
  • Optimize territory coverage by focusing on both depth and breadth of distribution.
  • Enhance sales productivity by maintaining productive calls per day and effective field activity.
  • Promote range selling by maximizing brands and product lines per customer call.
  • Monitor stock levels, ensure sufficient product availability, and update stock status in the distribution chain.
  • Track competitor activities related to products, pricing, trade promotions, credit facilities, and new launches, providing timely feedback to ASM and management.
  • Prepare and share weekly sales call plans, daily work reports, monthly primary and secondary reports, and distributor closing stock reports.
  • Manage and prioritize sales leads provided by the marketing team, developing new accounts through analysis, networking, and referrals.
