Job Description

As a Retail Marketing Executive for the rice mills retail products, your role involves driving sales by developing customer relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring top-notch service delivery. You will be responsible for: - Promoting and selling various rice grades and pack sizes to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, and institutional buyers. - Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets through engaging B2B and industrial customers. - Preparing and presenting quotations, proposals, and technical specifications to clients. - Negotiating pricing and commercial terms while ensuring profitability. - Executing promotional activities like in-store branding, sampling campaigns, and product demonstrations. - Collecting orders from retail counters and distributors and coordinating with the dispatch team for timely supply. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: 10+2 or Graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture. - Experience: Minimum 2 years in FMCG, Rice Mill, or Grain sales. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. - Proficiency in the local language along with basic English/Hindi skills depending on the region. The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, and paid time off. This full-time, permanent position is suitable for freshers as well. The working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, with a day shift preferred. The job location is in Palladam - Koundampalayam with 6 days of work per week.
