Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your role involves various key responsibilities: - Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research. - Building Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, both new and existing. - Product/Service Presentations: Demonstrate and present products or services to potential customers, tailoring presentations to their specific needs. - Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and terms to finalize sales, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. - Meeting Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales quotas and targets. - Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support, address inquiries, and resolve issues. - Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. - CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships, track progress, and generate reports. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a positive client experience. You are required to have a Bachelor's education and must be willing to travel 100% of the time. Proficiency in Telugu is preferred. The work location is in person in Hyderabad, Telangana. Please note that as a Sales Executive, you will be entitled to benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, and provided food. The schedule includes day shift, fixed shift, Monday to Friday availability, and weekend availability. Additionally, there is a performance bonus available for achieving set targets.
