As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) joining our Inside Sales team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing new sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound leads. Understanding customer needs and challenges will be essential to effectively match them with the solutions from our service offerings. You will be expected to maintain and update a CRM/database of current and potential clients, stay updated on product features, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Additionally, conducting research on target companies to identify key decision-makers and scheduling client meetings and product/service presentations will be part of your routine. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed lead generation and conversion targets, manage a strong sales pipeline, and drive campaign closures through maintaining client relationships and building trust. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven experience in sales (preferably in international B2B sales), and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Strong research and analytical skills, flexibility to work different shifts as per business requirements, experience in managing and updating CRM tools, and adeptness at handling objections and negotiating effectively are qualities that we value.
