Position Overview A Sales Representative serves as a key liaison between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals, responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products while maintaining ethical standards and building strong professional relationships. Core Responsibilities • Product Promotion Present pharmaceutical products and Sales devices to healthcare professionals Organize and conduct product demonstrations and presentations Provide detailed technical information about products' benefits, side effects, and usage Keep healthcare professionals updated about new products and developments • Territory Management Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in assigned geographic territory Plan and optimize daily travel routes to maximize coverage Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators Maintain accurate records of all healthcare provider interactions and sales activities • Knowledge Management Stay current with Sales and pharmaceutical industry developments Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, competitor products, and industry regulations Understand and comply with all relevant healthcare laws and regulations Attend regular training sessions and professional development programs • Market Analysis Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities Gather and report market intelligence to company management Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs
HR Admin Roles & Responsibilities Handle day-to-day HR administrative activities and documentation Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave data Support recruitment process: interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents Manage onboarding and induction of new employees Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records with the accounts team Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and attendance Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes Assist in HR audits, reports, and MIS preparation Coordinate with managers for HR-related communication and follow-ups Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience in HR Administration (freshers with strong HR knowledge can apply) Good knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and labor compliance Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) Strong communication and coordination skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Experience in payroll coordination and attendance systems will be an advantage
