Position Overview

A Sales Representative serves as a key liaison between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals, responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products while maintaining ethical standards and building strong professional relationships.

Core Responsibilities

• Product Promotion

• Present pharmaceutical products and Sales devices to healthcare professionals
• Organize and conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Provide detailed technical information about products' benefits, side effects, and usage
• Keep healthcare professionals updated about new products and developments

• Territory Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in assigned geographic territory
• Plan and optimize daily travel routes to maximize coverage
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Maintain accurate records of all healthcare provider interactions and sales activities

• Knowledge Management

• Stay current with Sales and pharmaceutical industry developments
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, competitor products, and industry regulations
• Understand and comply with all relevant healthcare laws and regulations
• Attend regular training sessions and professional development programs

• Market Analysis

• Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities
• Gather and report market intelligence to company management
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs
