Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation. • Source candidates using a variety of channels such as job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals. • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability based on role requirements. • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards to ensure accurate reporting and candidate management. • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other hiring events. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies throughout the hiring process. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. Qualifications and Requirements: • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and job boards. • Knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities effectively. • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining candidate confidentiality. Preferred Skills: • Experience in recruiting for education industry. • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Talent Solutions) is a plus.
