We are looking for a confident, smart, and dynamic HR professional with strong communication skills and hands-on recruitment experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with stakeholders, managing recruitment team, and handling HR Connect efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: Data to be maintained and follow-ups
Understanding client requirements and coordinating with hiring managers and the recruitment team.
Maintaining recruitment trackers and HR data using Excel
Preparing reports, MIS, and dashboards as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Confident, presentable, and proactive personality
Prior experience in HR & Recruitment
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, reports)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with staffing / IT recruitment exposure will be an added advantage
