Job Description

As a Deputy Manager in Operational Excellence at our Chennai location, your role will be crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations. With 5 to 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for various key tasks and responsibilities, including: - Experience in Baselining, Benchmarking, Load Balancing, and Resource Utilization/Cross Utilization - Designing, developing, and deploying Quality (QMS) framework aligned with customer expectations and business requirements - Managing SLA, Metrics, Targets, post-transition performance evaluation, reporting, and sampling techniques - Leading customer interactions and driving projects to enhance end customer journey - Facilitating calibration sessions with clients and internal stakeholders - Engaging in operations and business process management fundamentals such as process reengineering, staffing, capacity planning, forecasting, and team handling - Collaborating with parallel Ops Support teams for driving large scale functional projects - Ensuring projects meet required standards, contractual & regulatory requirements, and performance measures - Driving continuous improvements through identifying problem statements and converting them into solid projects - Coordinating with internal leadership and client stakeholders to address quality concerns and strategic initiatives - Managing training needs assessments and process requirements - Establishing a robust complaints handling, investigation, and reporting process - Implementing ISO 9001:2015 recommended standard practices including auditing, audit management, NC closures, and action reviews Your role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring that our services meet and exceed customer expectations.,
