Induction and joining formalities for new joiners at the site.• Maintain updated org. chart, RRAs, and KRAs of all employees.• Coordinate with talent engagement team for Joining, probation confirmation, employee engagement, and Exits.• Coordinate with C&B for leaves, attendance, payroll, PMS and full &final settlements. • Coordinate with talent development to conduct the training sessionsand bridge the performance gaps.• Admin activities at the site, like transportation, canteen, guesthouse management, and travel reimbursements.• Ensure renewal of licenses as per the factories act, Statutory compliances, and CSR activities.• Initiate disciplinary issues, employee grievance handling & contract labor management. • Maintain up-to-date site-level HR metrics.
