Job Description

Role Overview: As a seasoned HR professional with 9 to 12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals in collaboration with the Director of HR. You will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing HR dashboards and reports to inform decisions on talent, engagement, and workforce planning. Additionally, you will conduct training needs analysis, design learning programs, and evaluate training effectiveness. Your role will also involve supporting succession planning, resolving employee issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and leading HR efforts during organizational changes. Key Responsibilities: - Align HR initiatives with business goals in collaboration with the Director of HR. - Maintain and analyze HR dashboards and reports to inform decisions on talent, engagement, and workforce planning. - Conduct training needs analysis across departments. - Design and implement learning programs, leadership development, and onboarding. - Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI. - Support succession planning and career pathing. - Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees. - Resolve complex employee issues and promote a positive work culture. - Drive engagement surveys and action planning. - Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies. - Support audits and policy updates. - Lead HR efforts during organizational changes (restructuring, tech adoption, etc.). - Collaborate with HR COEs (Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment) for seamless execution. Qualifications Required: - 9 to 12 years of experience in HR. - Strong communication and MS Office skills. - Open to travel to all plant locations when needed.,
