We are looking for a dynamic Chartered Accountant who is passionate about financial planning and analysis role. The candidate will drive budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, MIS, and management reporting with a sharp focus on fleet economics, route profitability, customer-wise margins, and cost optimization.
• Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Monthly variance analysis vs Budget / Forecast
• Capex planning for fleet, warehouses, automation, and IT systems
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly performance dashboards for:
o Revenue per km / per trip
o Fleet utilization
o Load efficiency
o Dead kilometers
o Fuel cost per km
• Present insights to top management
• Route-wise, customer-wise, region-wise, and vehicle-wise profitability
• Fuel, toll, driver cost, maintenance, and fleet TCO analysis
• Identify cost leakages and optimization opportunities
• Delivery vs billing efficiency
• AR aging, customer credit review
• Fleet vendor payment cycles
• Weekly cash flow forecasting
• Advanced Excel / Power BI dashboards
• ERP-based financial modelling
• Integration of GPS, fleet, and finance data for analytics
• New route feasibility
• New client pricing support
• Warehouse and hub expansion analysis
• M&A and funding support
• CA (Chartered Accountant) OR
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
• MBA (Finance) as an added advantage
• 3–5 years, preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transportation industry
• Strong financial modelling & advanced Excel
• Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
• Good understanding of logistics cost drivers & pricing models
• ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, Tally + custom TMS/WMS)
