Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – OM Logistics Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Jamshedpur

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

Identify and target customers in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, e-commerce, and automotive sectors.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Understand client needs and offer customized logistics solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution proposals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with operations, customer service, and finance teams for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain sales pipeline, activity reports, and performance records.
Share regular updates with management on market and business performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience:
2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of logistics solutions and supply chain processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
