Speciality Chemicals:
The Specialty Chemical business of Jubilant Ingrevia manufactures Pyridine, Picolines and its forward integration derivatives, which finds application in agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyes, solvents, metal finishes, fine chemicals, semiconductors etc.We have also launched new platform of Diketene & its value-added derivatives for multiple industry use. Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive professional for multifaceted role responsible for ensuring EHS compliance, EM strategy, internal audits, and managing
MIS
for external manufacturing. The position supports the organization’s commitment to safe, sustainable, and compliant operations across EM facilities by ensuring that all third-party manufacturing partners comply with the organization’s environmental, health, and safety standards, as well as applicable local and international regulations, while also ensuring data integrity and continuous improvement through structured audits and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling and performing EHS audits of external manufacturing (EM) sites and identifying gaps and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitoring and reviewing EHS compliance across all EM partners.
- Promoting awareness and training to external manufacturing partners.
- Assisting EM partners in conducting HIRA & HAZOP.
- Conducting internal audits related to EHS, quality, and operational processes.
- Supporting item code creation and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assisting in developing departmental strategies, SOPs, and presentations
- Maintaining and updating MIS systems for audit findings, compliance metrics, and operational data.
The Person
Qualifications & Experience:
- B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering/ MSc in Chemistry and Diploma in EHS
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of overall experience.
Skills:
- Minimum 5 of experience in EHS, auditing or MIS roles in manufacturing in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or chemical industry.
- Knowledge of Environment and safety compliance and laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good Communication Skills
- Good cross functional skills
- May have a moderate travel
