Deputy Manager - Contract

Purpose/Objective

The Deputy Manager Contracts Techno Commercial will play a critical role in the real estate industry by overseeing and managing the contractual and commercial aspects of projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a strong background in contract management and negotiations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery while upholding Adani's core values.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Lead contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms and conditions for Adani. - Develop and implement contract management strategies to mitigate risks and maximize project profitability. - Review and analyze contracts to identify potential issues and propose solutions to senior management. - Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. - Monitor project budgets and expenditures to track financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their contract management skills and knowledge. - Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on contract status, risks, and opportunities. - Participate in project meetings and cross-functional discussions to provide insights on contract-related matters. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Technical Competencies

Proficiency in contract drafting, review, and negotiation,Experience with contract management tools and software,Financial acumen and ability to interpret project budgets,Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
