Role & responsibilities

1. Contract Negotiation & Management

• Review, draft, vet, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including lease deeds, vendor contracts, service agreements, and client agreements.

• Lead contract risk assessment, ensure legal protection, and mitigate exposure in high-value contracts.

2. Legal Advisory & Business Support

• Provide legal guidance to cross-functional teams across Sales, Projects, Operations, Finance, and other business units.

• Support leadership with strategic decision-making from a legal and compliance standpoint.

• Conduct risk analysis and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Policy, Governance & Compliance

• Review and fi nalize internal policies, SOPs, and process frameworks to align with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure strong corporate governance practices and maintain effective internal control mechanisms.

4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the legal team to ensure timely and high-quality output.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and guide them on legal matters impacting business operations.

5. Litigation & Dispute Resolution

• Oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.

• Coordinate with external legal counsel and ensure strategic representation in all legal proceedings.

6. Strategic Support

• Work closely with senior leadership on major business transactions, partnerships, and high-level negotiations.

• Provide expert input on legal risk management, compliance planning, and long-term legal strategy.
