Our CFO support service team provide various services in finance and accounting function like ERP implementation, legacy accounting, audit assistance, GAAP advisory, Finance transformation, health checks/ clean-up of books of accounts and other services. By partnering closely with our clients, we work to minimize risks related to finance and accounting, providing a strategic, hands-on approach that strengthens overall financial operations and ensures long-term compliance and stability.Within finance transformation business, we provide solutions to forward looking organizations aiming to optimize financial operations, enhance decision-making, and align finance with strategic objectives. Our services cut-across optimizing org structures, implementing technologies and improvising processes.

Role Description
Bridge operational leadership and client-facing delivery. Handle mid-size client portfolios, lead transformation projects, and ensure quality delivery across teams and service lines.
Key Result Areas
- Client Delivery & Satisfaction
Deliver high-quality CFO services across key accounts, ensuring minimal escalations and high satisfaction.
≤2 client escalations per year; ≥80% CSS coverage with an average score of 4+; 100% adherence to defined response timelines (T+4 hrs for acknowledgment, T+2 days for resolution).Operational Efficiency & Compliance Improve delivery speed and ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. 10–15% YoY reduction in turnaround time; <10% timesheet default rate; 100% compliance with latest accounting, tax, and regulatory norms.
Financial Control & Collections Ensure healthy financial management of accounts with strong billing and collection discipline. Average billing collection days maintained under 30; targeted gross margin achieved; billing, invoicing, and project financials tracked with no leakages. Team Development & Retention Develop a high-performing and engaged team through mentorship and structured learning. Mentorship of key team members; 100% quarterly feedback sessions completed; retention of top talent and positive team engagement indicators. Business Development & Thought Leadership Drive revenue growth and strengthen market positioning. Identify and close new business (70% from CFO services); contribute 2–3 client case studies/articles annually; support client newsletters and communications. Digital Transformation & Process Innovation Lead process improvements and digital initiatives that enhance efficiency. Implement ≥1 automation/workflow improvement annually with measurable time/cost savings; 1–2 impactful process improvements per quarter; support ERP/UAT and finance transformation initiatives.
