Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Manager responsible for deploying structured learning and development programs that build organizational capability, strengthen performance management, and ensure workforce readiness in alignment with business goals.

Job Location:Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tiruppur, Bengaluru, Vijayawada

  • Ensure onboarding and induction coverage for all new employees, with structured modules addressing organizational culture, compliance, and functional expectations.
  • Implement the annual training calendar ensuring alignment with business priorities, coverage across all departments, and timely execution of planned interventions.
  • Maintain training dashboards, records, and documentation in an audit-ready manner, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Benchmark L&D practices against industry standards and introduce best-in-class methods to strengthen organizational competitiveness.
  • Establish and monitor SLAs for vendor deliverables, including timeliness, content quality, and participant engagement, with regular evaluations to ensure accountability.
  • Administer Rewards & Recognition programs by executing nomination processes, validating eligibility criteria for the assigned area.
  • Coordinate for the PMS activity across the region.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for PMS and R&R cycles, including participation records, approvals, and communication logs, in line with governance requirements.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Proven successful experience of 4 to 6 years in L&D/HR roles with strong exposure to Training coordination, Induction programs, PMS Administration, Employee Engagement and R&R Activities.
  • Experience in multi-location retail or large-scale organizations is preferred.
  • MBA / MSW Specialization in HR, NLP Certified Trainer- Added Advantage.
