Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics for learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs. - Maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and completion rates using established systems. - Assist in the preparation and formatting of learning materials, presentations, and job aids. - Upload and manage content in the Learning Management System (LMS) with attention to version control and tagging. - Collect and compile data from surveys, attendance sheets, and feedback forms. - Generate basic reports and dashboards using templates to support program evaluation and continuous improvement. - Respond to routine inquiries from employees and managers regarding learning offerings and registration processes. - Escalate complex questions or issues to senior team members as needed. - Identify minor inefficiencies in coordination or documentation processes and suggest improvements. - Participate in team retrospectives and contribute ideas for enhancing learner experience. - Ensure learning activities comply with internal policies and documentation standards. - Support audit readiness by maintaining organized and complete records. *********Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 0-3 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Requires understanding of, and/or familiarity with U.S. business culture. - Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred - Experience with Learning Management Systems
