Job Description

Program Overview:

Domains Where Trainers Are Required:

  • Software Development & Engineering:

    Full-stack development (frontend: React, Angular; backend: Node.js, Django), mobile app development (Flutter, React Native for iOS/Android), API integration, version control (Git/GitHub), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Data Science & Analytics:

    Data processing (Pandas, SQL), visualisation (Tableau, Power BI), machine learning (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow), big data tools (Hadoop, Spark), and statistical modeling for business insights.
  • Cloud Computing & DevOps:

    Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (Terraform), automation scripting (Ansible, Jenkins), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK Stack).
  • UI/UX Design & Quality Assurance:

    Design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch), prototyping, user research methods, QA frameworks (Selenium, JUnit), automated testing, bug tracking (Jira), and performance optimisation.
  • Cybersecurity & Network Administration:

    Threat detection (Wireshark, Splunk), encryption protocols, firewalls (Palo Alto), vulnerability scanning (Nessus), compliance standards (GDPR, ISO 27001), and secure coding practices.
  • Business Analysis & Project Management:

    Requirements gathering, BPMN modeling, agile/Scrum frameworks (Jira, Trello), risk assessment, stakeholder management, and tools like Microsoft Project or Asana.
  • Digital Marketing & ITES:

    SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs), social media platforms (Hootsuite), content management systems (WordPress), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), email automation (Mailchimp), and performance metrics.
  • AI/ML & Emerging Tech:

    Neural networks, NLP/computer vision, ethical AI practices, integration with IoT/blockchain, and tools like Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs.
  • IT Support & Operations:

    Helpdesk tools (Zendesk), system administration (Linux/Windows servers), database management (MySQL, MongoDB), and ITIL frameworks for service delivery.
  • Consulting & Strategy:

    Solution architecture, RFP responses, digital transformation roadmaps, vendor evaluation, and business intelligence tools.
  • HR and Recruitment:

Trainers should prepare content that includes beginner-to-intermediate levels, with demos, quizzes, and capstone projects simulating client scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development:

    Create detailed training modules (e.g., 10-20 hours per domain) covering tools, hands-on labs, real-world case studies, and troubleshooting. Include slide decks, video tutorials, code repositories, and assessment rubrics.
  • Session Delivery:

    Lead virtual live sessions (via Zoom/Teams), workshops, and Q&A forums; record sessions for on-demand access; facilitate group projects to mimic team collaborations in IT projects.
  • Hands-On Training:

    Guide interns through practical exercises, such as building a full-stack app, deploying a cloud ML model, conducting a security audit, or optimising a marketing campaign using live tools.
  • Mentorship & Feedback:

    Provide one-on-one guidance, review assignments/code submissions, offer personalised feedback, and track progress via dashboards or LMS platforms to ensure skill mastery.
  • Alignment with Projects:

    Customise training to match upcoming internship projects (e.g., integrating AWS for a cloud role); collaborate with our project leads to incorporate current tools and client requirements.
  • Skill Enhancement:

    Teach soft skills like code documentation, agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives), communication in cross-functional teams, and adapting to IT industry trends (e.g., low-code platforms, zero-trust security).
  • Evaluation & Reporting:

    Design quizzes, peer reviews, and certifications; generate reports on intern performance to inform hiring decisions; suggest curriculum updates based on feedback and industry shifts.
  • Resource Management:

    Share access to licensed tools, sandboxes, or free alternatives; ensure inclusive training for diverse learners (e.g., accessibility features, multilingual support where needed)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications highly preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Data Analytics, Cisco CCNA, PMP, CISSP, CompTIA Security+).
  • Strong knowledge of industry tools, technologies, and methodologies in at least 2-3 of the listed domains.
  • Proficiency in virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Moodle) and creating engaging content (e.g., using Canva, Loom for demos).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Ability to design adaptive training for beginners, fostering an engaging, inclusive environment.
  • Passion for knowledge sharing, staying updated on IT trends (e.g., via blogs, conferences), and developing early-career talent.
