Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – HR (PMS) to lead our Performance Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a robust performance management framework aligned with organizational goals. This role involves close coordination with department heads to ensure fair and transparent evaluation processes, goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback mechanisms. Qualifications Drive the end-to-end PMS cycle (goal setting, mid-year, year-end reviews) Design and refine performance appraisal processes, tools, and KPIs Support leadership in talent assessments, succession planning & performance calibration Conduct training and awareness sessions on PMS processes Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights Collaborate with HRBP and L&D teams to link PMS with learning & development Show more Show less
