Nagarajan and his father Mr. Ramaswamy, is built on the principle of "quality without compromise." With a strong focus on branding, Ramraj Cotton has successfully made significant inroads into the South Indian market. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager based in Tiruppur. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing the onboarding process, conducting training and development programs, and handling employee grievances. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with management to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support organizational goals. Qualifications Extensive experience in recruitment and employee relations Strong skills in performance management and compliance Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently Experience in conducting training and development programs Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus Show more Show less
