This role is critical in ensuring smooth internal processes, efficient facility management, and a safe, well-maintained work environment. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative operations across office and production units Oversee facility maintenance, housekeeping, security, and transport functions Handle vendor negotiations, service contracts, and purchase of supplies Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations Manage facility budgets, utility services, and preventive maintenance schedules Monitor infrastructure requirements and assist in expansion or renovation projects ✅ Desired Profile: Minimum 6 years of experience in Admin or Facility Management Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Proficient in vendor management and team supervision Fluency in Tamil and working knowledge of English Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred 📩 Interested?
