Deputy General Manager

Are you an experienced engineering professional who excels at coordinating between clients, consultants, and project teams?

We’re looking for a dynamic and technically strong Deputy General Manager – Engineering Coordination to join our growing team at GTC Energy Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact between client, engineering consultants, and internal project team.
• Review and coordinate design submissions and ensure timely approvals.
• Represent the engineering team in client & consultant meetings.
• Drive alignment between client expectations and internal execution.
• Resolve technical issues with procurement, construction, and planning teams.
• Monitor progress of engineering deliverables for timeline, quality, and compliance.
• Escalate key issues to senior management with structured reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• 12–18 years of experience in EPC / Oil & Gas / Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of engineering coordination and multidisciplinary design.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with codes like ASME, IS, API, and tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Oil & gas: 10 years (Preferred)
