Deputy General Manager

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple MEP projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, execution, and commissioning to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits, reviews, and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards across all project sites.
• Manage client interactions, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Drive cost optimization, resource planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and guide project managers, engineers, and site teams to build a high-performance culture.
• Support business development and tendering teams with technical inputs and project planning during pre-bid stages.
• Ensure timely billing, cash flow management, and project closure documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in

  Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

  (Master s degree preferred).
• Minimum

  15+ years of experience

  in MEP project execution, with at least

  5 years in a leadership role

  managing multiple projects.
• Proven experience in handling

  large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  HVAC, electrical systems, fire-fighting, plumbing, and BMS

  .
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) and ERP systems.
